Newborn Sleep Class

Get guided support to help you build a solid sleep foundation for your baby from birth and get the rest you need too!

If you’re worried the first few months of birth will be filled with sleepless nights and exhaustion — it doesn’t have to be!

After they’re born, babies don’t know how to sleep outside of the womb so you have to teach them (notice we don’t say train). Most brain development happens when the baby is sleeping and 50% of that time is in deep sleep, which is much more than an adult’s.

Wouldn't it be better to set up a healthy sleep foundation from the beginning that could potentially prevent a crisis from happening?

  • ✺ Supporting newborn sleep, creating a safe sleep environment

✺ Understanding the importance of newborn sleep, brain development, and newborn sleep states

✺ Soothing and calming a fussy baby

✺ Learning your baby’s sleep biology and how newborn sleep works
