Whatever issue you are experiencing, rest assured that you will find peace of mind through our instructional, hands-on session. We will cover baby care challenges such as burping, swaddling, calming and soothing techniques, gassy baby solutions, partner teamwork, newborn development, and more.
Sleep is a critical issue so we include our gentle sleep coaching solution based approach rooted in newborn sleep biology, which includes establishing day and night routines, optimal awake windows, establishing full feeds, soothing and calming strategies, safe sleep practices, and much more. Better sleep is possible with optimal feeding for consistent nighttime sleep so this visit includes lactation support, achieving optimal (full) feedings, both through breast and bottle/partner feeding, optimal positioning and latching.
